OUR CANTUCCINI
Careful selection of the ingredients is the first step towards achieving the best results: for our Cantuccini we choose the best almonds and fresh pasteurised eggs without water added, we use top quality butter and not margarine.
Each single ingredient is carefully checked so that as well as the flavour, the hygiene of the finished product is ensured.
THE RECIPE
The secret of our Cantuccini is that they have no secrets: the recipe we use to produce them has been the same for over 50 years!!! This is because Biscottificio Belli has managed to constantly modernise its production plants without varying the traditional recipe.
SAFETY
What has changed over the years however is the steady increase in the safety of the product. As well as the control of the ingredients and of each single stage of production, at the end of each production line, lates-generation metal detectors prevent any risk of metallic contamination.
